RETURNS POLICY

At MYAMI, your satisfaction is key. If something isn’t quite right, follow the guidelines below to get started with your return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Tags must remain attached, and the original packaging should be included.
  • Items showing signs of wear, tampering, or damage (including makeup, perfume, or other stains) will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at relations@myami.uk within 14 days of receiving your order (21 days for international orders).
  2. Provide your order number and a brief reason for your return. If the item is defective or damaged, include clear images to support your claim.
  3. Once approved, we’ll send instructions on where to send your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, provided the item meets our return requirements.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your item doesn’t fit, we recommend returning the incorrect size and placing a new order for the correct one. This ensures the fastest resolution.

Important Notes

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Proof of Postage: Please keep proof of postage, as MYAMI is not liable for lost returns.
  • Defective Items: All defective items will be reviewed. If deemed unworn and faulty, a refund will be issued.
